Over 40 years project planning experience in engineering design, procurement, construction and commissioning, through all disciplines (mechanical, civil and structural, CE & I, Infrastructure). I have excellent IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Project, and Primavera P6). I am fully versed in earned value management. I work well with others, or alone, however I usually work closely with the Project Manager, to produce finely detailed schedules and complex spread-sheets to control project delivery. I have experience of working either with portfolios of projects or single project scenarios. Professionalism and integrity in reporting are important to me. I enjoy problem solving, and producing solutions to assist in bringing projects to completion with regard to both schedule and cost.
