I qualified as a Nurse in 2005, spending two and a half year in in-patient forensic care before moving out into the community in 2008 to an Assertive Outreach Team. In 2012 I became a Senior Night Nurse Practitioner before taking up my first management role in 2014 as a Team Manger for a Home Treatment Team. During my time there I had to step in to support another team who's manager left before a replacement could be found. In 2018 I took up my current post as a Clinical Team Manager for a team that provides a Depression and Anxiety service using the IAPTs model.
