Started out employment with General Elevator in 1986. General Elevator had been aquired by Dover Elevator which in turn had been aquired by Thyssenkrupp Elevator. I worked as an Apprentice for 4 years and as an Elevator Mechanic for 7 years. I am currantly on my 19th year as a Elevator Operations Supervisor. I have experience in Elevator Construction, Elevator Modernization, and Service Operations. Duties have involved elevator installation, major repairs on traction elevators, hydraulic elevators, and escalators. Experience also entails testing and preventive maintenance of elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, and handicap lifts. Accepted a position as an Operations Supervisor for the Dover Elevator Company in May of 1997. Employed by ThyssenKrupp Elevator until February 12, 2016.
