    Shell Consolidation Project Phase 1 and II – Leading on behalf of the VP for Reporting and Analysis the Finance Operations involvement in the design of the 1st and 2nd phases of the project.Phase 1 and Phase II introduced a revised intragroup elimination process, upgraded consolidation engine, retirement of retiring SAP technology ( BCS) and the introduction of an update planning and appraisal tool BPC. I had a team of 10 Project resources reporting to me across all 5 shared service centres located in Manila, Krakow, Chennai, Kuala Lumpur and Glasgow. Main responsibilities were detailed process design, data conversion, process documentation, control design and change management. I led the Finance Operations input into the creation of a Single reporting Chart of Accounts that has since been adopted globally. Implemented the revised Intragroup pre clearance process across Finance Operation who are responsible for 95% of the Shell Group account submissions. This covers 1300+ users that required to be involved in UAT and I also responsible for ensuring the user community were trained and had the correct skills to ensure a smooth cutover.Senior team Manager for the Shell Global period end team who are a team of 40 FTEs based in Manila running the Shell Monthly , Quarterly and Year end close via various versions of SAP. Leading the Downstream, Upstream and Corporate process R&A process architects. 17 FTES dedicated to safeguarding the global design for R&A which covered Fixed Assets, Manage Close, LSR, and Management Information.
