The chiropractors formerly practicing for the Allina Health System formed an independent group of 11 chiropractors, but will continue to practice in the same physical locations in the Allina system. I will continue to practice within the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing on the WestHealth Campus in Plymouth Minnesota. I see patients for headache, neck, back or joint pain treating with manual techniques such as spinal/joint manipulation, trigger point therapy and myofascial release as well as acupuncture. We instruct on exercise therapy, nutritional support, posture awareness and lifestyle modification to optimize healing. We continue to see new and existing patients. We will maintain the same relationship referring to and from providers in the Allina system. We are direct access providers, meaning we do not need referrals to begin care. We are credentialed with every major insurance carrier and all worker compensation or auto injury.

Working within a medical clinic is a pretty unique situation. It has truly been a great benefit to our patients to have "one stop" shopping with internal medicine, family practice, rheumatology, occupational medicine, podiatry and chiropractic care in one clinic. In addition to auto and work injuries, I have helped many triathletes, runners and weekend warriors with the help of a specialized technique called Active Release Technique. I also perform acupuncture when indicated.It is valuable to teach people how to take care of their spine and whole person to reduce the risk of the return of their spinal dysfunction. To let people know they are truly in charge of their health. Training in good posture, exercise, nutrition, rest, positive frame of mind, purpose and community connections are what fosters and maintains health.
