Continuing support for TSA IMPACT II• Installs, configures, and updates operating systems and software, acts as a technical resource in installing base image for TSA • Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, makes repairs and corrections where required.• Assesses what hardware and software is needed per location and makes recommendations; including helping users assess needs and providing justification for equipment and services.• Assists in documenting what TSA assets are transferred to different locations using Excel, Sunflower, and other government systems• Assists with the packaging, shipping, and delivery of IT equipment • Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes, and install and configure new hardware and software.• Design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing and/or modification of computer systems/programs and processes, including prototypes, based on, and related to user or system design specifications.

 Independently developed all of the current systems used to assist TSA’s computer refresh project, including: managing resource inventory, installing software on computers, communicating with Airport IT POCs to assess needs, shipping assets to sites, and presenting metrics in Excel  Researched 50,000+ users based on usage trends and data analytics along with airport statistics to present solutions to assist heavy traffic airport sites with necessary computer and technology equipment; resulted in interdependently resolving 100% of nine months’ worth of backlog within 3 weeks and high customer praise for going beyond SLAs Created financial documentation on all asset tracking allocation as well as provided documentation for all imports/exports. Developed most Statement of Processes (SOPs) and tools to coordinate and support with other teams and streamline goals Recognized multiple times by TSA and CACI management for applying analytics and support in a dynamic environment, to maximize team efficiency and achieve goals of the customer
