Currently working with a Russell Group University in their ERP Vendor and SI selection process. Starting with building their RFP, managing the vendor and SI proposals, through to final selection and contract, prior to commencing the implementation phase.I manage and deliver large projects and programmes of work in the Cloud ERP space, whether implementation, re-implementation or upgrades to time and budget. I am also responsible for building and maintaining long lasting client relationships, through high level consulting and quality of delivery every time. I have a long background working in and with Finance, IT & Purchasing departments, and understand the day to day work required to get things done in todays modern business environment, and how the right technology and business processes can deliver that.My experience in the ERP Cloud arena allows me to successfully integrate the client requirements and processes to the system capabilities.I have performed a number of roles within the System Implementation lifecycle including full project & programme management, consulting, training and testing management, providing documentation to support the processes along the way and am a hard working individual who is intent on getting the right solution for my clients.
