Steven S. Davis is a member of Michelman & Robinson, LLP’s Commercial & Business Litigation Department. Mr. Davis focuses his practice on complex business disputes, as well as defending law firms and attorneys in scores of cases alleging professional negligence. Mr. Davis has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as in binding arbitrations involving varied matters including profit participation claims, breach of real estate partnerships and lease agreements, and employment and trademark disputes.When not aggressively representing his clients, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in the United States and Israel, and competing on numerous tennis teams, where he most recently won a bronze medal representing the United States in the 2013 Maccabiah games.
