In this role, I helped monitor a ticketing system to handle staff requests for technical assistance, as well as performed associate level systems administration on 240+ members of a Microsoft Active Directory. In addition, I was primary in managing 2 Dell/EMC SANs and the Microsoft file servers that served as their heads, as well as a Spectra Logic Black Pearl digital archive system for the Libraries' Special Collections.

In this role, I assisted patrons in the use of photocopy and microform duplication equipment. I also supervised a rotating staff of student workers and handled money for the department.
