With a successful corporate career that has spanned more than 3 decades, I have had the good fortune to work with many titans in the industry. My bachelor’s in Psychology and master’s in Business served as the foundation for a career that has been equal parts business acumen, skill, and pure instinct. Out of graduate school, I stepped into the incredibly diverse, challenging, and lifesaving medical device space, and served with talented colleagues who I now consider to be life-long friends. After 30 years, I am a diversely accomplished and skilled business professional with specializations in sales strategy, market mastery, product introduction, mindset management, efficiency optimization, and professional and personal development. Now I have galvanized all my experience and knowledge to create a new professional paradigm. I have channeled my sales and management portfolio and co-founded Epic Change Now, a consulting firm specializing in transformative consulting, coaching, teaching, and training. Most recently, I am the co-founder and Principal Partner of Finnessey Davis +Co, a luxury real estate firm based in Austin, TX which is affiliated with the renowned Sotheby’s International Realty. The cornerstone of my work and life is that one's greatest potential and ultimate success cannot be achieved without continuous introspection, personal assessment, and an ongoing commitment to self-improvement.
