Responsible for driving the IWS circle of success within the site. Acting as the daily coach to the Site Leader, Pillar Owners and teams/individuals in their small group activities and ensure link of the effort with business results and the Compelling Business Need.Looking ahead for what capabilities will be needed in the next 6 to 18 months and works with site pillar leaders to ensure the capability is built ahead of the need.Manage Phase progression and provide publicity/promotion, general education and other communication that increase IWS understanding and accelerate progress across the site.Ensure mechanisms are in place and successful to drive reapplication and one common standard for the site.

Responsible for orchestrating the build up to a successful Phase 0 assessment. Event management and direction of the two day event.
