30 years in law enforcement. Taught graduate and undergraduate classes in Criminal Justice and Behavioral Research Methods for 15 years. After teaching for 15 years I decided to put my skills, talents, and experience I decided to branch out into police education and training services as a consultant regarding curriculum development, adult learning and teaching methodology, and presentation techniquesThe main focus is to develop curriculum and training materials that meet today's stressful and hostile environment for police officers. I hope to develop and motivate training academies to use curriculum development to use a combination of hard skills training and adult learning methods to use for the future of police training and in-service needs. This training method can then be passed on to police trainers and educators to use in the classroom to prepare officers for what really awaits them.
