Upon completing the upgrade to SharePoint 2013 at RTD, assumed the role of Lead SharePoint Engineer/Architect and was transferred into the Software Architecture & Development group. In October of 2017, we repaired a stalled SharePoint implementation by implementing a completely redesigned RTD intranet to better address internal communication needs and also worked with the business to implement an updated, feature-rich collaboration environment. The next steps in the growth of SharePoint at RTD include integration with existing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) repositories and implementing Microsoft Teams, based upon identified business needs.Office 365 Enterprise 3 (E3) Subscription: In preparation for future cloud-based strategies, began working with all aspects of an Office 365 E3 subscription beginning in June of 2014. Experience includes SharePoint Online, Teams & Groups, Yammer, and Skype for Business.

Built robust & scalable SharePoint 2013 Production and Test farms. Upgraded the existing SharePoint 2010 intranet and team sites environment to the new SP2013 farms. Introduced the SharePoint support team to “mind mapping” (using Mindjet and XMind) to facilitate the creation of departmental content types and to analyze the current central navigation & taxonomy. Worked extensively with KnowledgeLake’s ECM tools (Connect, Capture and Imaging).

As the sole SharePoint enterprise resource, handled all aspects of support for the SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 environments, including architecture, business solutions, site collection administrator (SC Admin) support and server farm administration. While maintaining & supporting the SharePoint 2007 environments, built the SharePoint 2010 farms. In preparation for utilizing SP 2010’s new content management features to address some unmet Enterprise Content Management (ECM) needs, implemented FAST Search Server 2010 for SharePoint (FS4SP) and a third-party remote BLOB storage (RBS) provider (StoragePoint). Was involved in all activities related to SharePoint and related technologies
