Responsible for planning, program design, and implementation of the Integrated HIV/HCV program.Program activities and services are designed to support the delivery of expected outcomes as defined by official Notices of Grant/Program Award. Programs/grants objectives, activities, deliverable s, and reporting are completed on time and meet expectations as defined by each funder. Maintains consistent and timely communication with the funder’s project officers/grants management representatives. Leads program development and grant proposal development activities in collaboration with Native Health’s development staff. Acts as a lead partner in developing the integration of HIV/Hepatitis C and other sexual health activities. Internal planning and implementation work group is actively engaged and working towards a well-established integration plan. HIV staff is committed to integration efforts in the medical and behavioral health setting. Leads and manages staff through mentoring, coaching, and supervision ensuring staff engagement to meet organizational and programs' goals and objectives. Staff meet productivity benchmarks as outlined within individual job descriptions and program deliverable's. Staff are properly oriented and receive appropriate training to ensure successful performance. Staff is qualified and meet required competencies to fulfill positions. Staff receive timely and constructive feedback that will enhance performance. Leads team building, staff engagement, and plans strategies to facilitate integration of services into primary care and behavioral health/substance abuse care. Program is fully staffed. Hiring, orientation, and training meet established policies and procedures. Oversees program compliance, budgets, and program performance by analyzing aggregate data and reporting trends. Assures quality and compliance with policies and procedures and with contract/grants’ rules, regulations, and standards.

• Oversees all facility systems, i.e., program budget, building maintenance needs, equipment, safety/risk management procedures, medical records, linen, kitchen, laboratory and pharmacy issues, billing, purchase of medical and business supplies, quality improvement, policies and procedures.• Oversees the development, interpretation and implementation of the facility standards, policies and procedures as required by regulatory and / or funding agencies i.e., JCAHO, ADHS, PGBHA, VO, Behavioral Health Licensure and other contractual agencies as indicated.• Overall responsible to ensure the facility is operating within the FY budget. • Oversees all contractual arrangements with funding sources.• Oversees quality care issues i.e., peer review, FOCUS projects, program services, medical record documentation, patient inventory, incident and accident reports, patient and staff safety. • Collaborates with the Medical Director, Clinical Director and Director of Nursing to ensure patients receive quality care in a safe environment.• Oversees all regulatory agencies site inspections, i.e.; JCAHO, and Behavioral Health Licensure including coordinating, completing and implementing correction plans.• Provides overall leadership to the facility.• A team member of the Administrative Team (A-team) and Clinical Oversight Team (COT) including representing the facility in all administrative and clinical operations.

• Provides competency-based education which aligns with the EDMC (Education Management Corporation) model of curricula as well as supports the EDMC style of system delivery.

Provides the dynamic leadership, oversight and management of NAC’s Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) housing programs and services. This position ensures a high level of services is provided to the residents in NAC’s Housing communities.

Interim Chief Operating Officer: Provides leadership and direction to the assigned function(s). Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and facilitating the implementation of programming and daily operations in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the CEO and the Board of Directors by performing the following duties personally or through staff.Director of Community Based Services & Housing: Plans, develops, implements and evaluates community-based programs and services for the agency. Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and facilitating the implementation of new programs and services in response to changing community needs and demographics. Promotes collaborations and partnerships with other human services agencies to provide a comprehensive continuum of services to agency clients.

RECOVERY SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR II • Responsible for planning, Developing, Organizing, and maintaining activities within the ReStart Programs and Peer Advocacy Services (PAS) in the hospitals.

• Provided direct oversight, clinical and administrative supervision to 20 full-time staff members at two residential co-occurring 24-hour facilities.

• Oversaw Clinical and Administrative staff at Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic.
