Responsible for the day to day leasing and development for company’s Cincinnati industrial portfolio (10MM SF) as well as land acquisition and build to suit transactions. •Completed over 300 lease transactions totaling over 12 million square feet and over $250 million in value including General Motors (414,460 SF), Dyncorp (321,220 SF), Thomson Learning (316,000 SF), Standard Textile (260,000 •SF), and Xerox (399,600 SF)•Developed speculative buildings of over 4.6 million SF and over $140 million in building value•Completed more 3.8 million SF of build to suit transactions totaling $120 million in value - Kohl’s (525,000 SF,) Pacific Coast Feather (473,000 SF), Beiersdorf (252,000 SF), totes-Isotoner (452,000 SF), and Promax (615,000 SF)•Developed over 600 acres and 5 separate Industrial Parks totaling over 8 million square feet.

Provided leasing and sales consultation to both owners and users of space with a concentration on Industrial Institutional Landlord Representation. Represented owners such as LendLease (800,000 SF), Invesco (1,700,000 SF) GE (160,000 SF) and Square D (400,000 SF)

Overall responsibility for a 600,000 SF commercial property portfolio including leasing, property management, and maintenance.

Responsible for new equipment lease transactions for the Columbus, Ohio Bank.
