• Reduce application fleet from 28000+ to 500+ in the most cost effective and safest manner possible, without impacting production.• Identify, seek and assess alternative software and methods. Communicate alternatives to Programme Manager and upon confirmation rigorously test and execute chosen alternatives.• Coordinate and liaise with various teams including but not limited to Change Management, Application Readiness, Application Packaging, Application Remediation, UAT, Vendors, and service providers.• Understand the various operational units and domains and their function within the business.• Produce, collate, assess, and report on exports from tools such as SCCM and FrontRange with the intention of providing key stakeholders with relevant information.• Map, understand and report on application network and system process between the process control network, operations network and APAC corporate network and ensure remediated alternatives are separated and isolated to their mandated domain.• Identify and communicate technical issues to the Programme Manager and mitigate project risks.• Ensure all applications meet project requirements.• Produce accurate documentation and distribute and archive as per project mandates utilising tools such as SharePoint, ERooms and shared folders.• Ensure collection of all application source media and licensing and application packaging, UAT, remediation and deployment are met within prescribed SLA agreements.• Liaise with corporate management, vendors and contractors to facilitate the needs of the project.• Ensure team members carry out all duties in a safe manner and adhere to BHP Billiton’s Code of Conduct and Business Charter.• Provide regular periodical reports on project progression to management and key stakeholders and coordinate and participate in project meetings.

• ICT procurement and budget management.• Propose, plan, develop and implement:o Measureable Key Performance Indicators.o Service Level Agreements.o Disaster Recovery Plan.o Business Continuity Plan.• Responsible for management of all ICT infrastructure including:o Fixed and mobile Telecommunications.o Microwave and wireless communications.o Analogue and digital trunked radio systems.o Security systems.o Server and redundancy/recovery systems.o Site fibre and CAT6 network infrastructure and associated equipment.o Workstations, desktops, laptops, photographic and printing equipment.• Develop, implement and maintain training documentation including the orientation roadmap and ensure all personnel were sufficiently trained in usage of EPCM systems.• Participate as an active member of the Crisis Management Team and Emergency Cyclone Response Team.• As 2i/c to the Senior Facilities & Administration Manager provide support and assume responsibilities during SFAM’s absence, this included but was not limited to:o Management of EPCM light vehicle fleet and associated lease, hire and insurance companies.o Assisting the Senior Administration Assistant in the coordination of travel requirements of EPCM staff including management of rosters and leave.o Management of project accommodation for all EPCM, Client, Vendor and Contractor staff, including 10 camps and around 350+ houses/units.o Management of temporary facilities and associated furniture/equipment.o Assist in the change of accommodation rosters for the Gap Ridge Construction Village from a personal room system to a single occupancy shared room system (Motelling).o Ensure site refuelling systems remained operational and fuel supplies were adequate for all project requirements. o Manage Administration Team and ensure adequate support was provide to construction and commissioning staff.
