My name is Steve and I graduated from Rutgers University as an undergraduate student in the SMLR program. I double majored in Labor and Employment Relations and Human Resource Management. I am a very passionate person and love my career path as a Human Resources Business Partner. My experiences range from team leading a staff of fifty to working as business partner overlooking 300+ associates and management. I was a co-owner of a small business where I hired, trained, and developed a staff of 20 employees. I helped market the business and increased sales by 16%. I worked at Target as a Human Resources Executive Team Leader, Lowe's as a Human Resources Manager, and am currently a Human Resources Business Partner for Caesars Digital. In each role, I helped to develop talent, foster an inclusive work center, complete complex ER investigations, monitor payroll and sales, and maintain all hiring needs. I have learned a lot from my experience. I believe that learning the skills to keep a customer happy and satisfied; along with keeping the employees motivated and successful is key to my career as a Human Resources Professional.
