Construction Site Manager. Kizomba Satellites Phase 1 & 2. Houston/AngolaReassigned by EMDC as the topsides execution lead for the development and implementation of the execution strategy, planning, budget development, funding, detailed design, and execution during fabrication, offshore installation and HUC of the Kizomba satellites phase 1, including fabrication and installation of 2 1600 ton modules which is recognized as EM’s largest ever offshore brownfield project. Upon successful completion of phase 1, I was promoted to overall in country Construction Site Manager for both topsides and SURF sub projects. Ultimately responsible for all aspects of the project including procurement, logistics, HSE, quality, cost and schedule. Both phases successfully executed offshore without a recordable injury while maintaining schedule and completing under budget. Phase 1 was the winner of the EM president safety award for 2012. I was also accountability for budgets of 400MUSD.

Adriatic LNG, GBS Topsides integration planning:Involved during the detailed design of the ALNG topside integration strategy, planning and funding through major contract preparation, bid, evaluation, award and start of execution. Scope included constructability input for structural, piping,and E&I connection route and detail designs to allow a safer and more cost efficient integration between precast steel foundations of very low dimensional tolerance and hignly engineered modules (1000T>), PAU's, piperacks, equipment packages all transporting LNG in all its regeneration stages.
