Dump trailers, Scrap/Scow trailers, Walking Floor trailers, plus other Deloupe products. Various scale, security/safety camera, tippers, and other refuse add on products. Additionally, very shortly in the second quarter of 2018, we will be offer a full line of Roll-off hoist and hook lift hoists. Due to my professional ethics, and integrity, I am privileged and proud to be able to re-join the Cascades Recovery Inc..(formerly Metro Waste Paper Recovery Inc.) team after a nearly 4 year departure to pursue my own business opportunities. My new role is sales team leader for new business growth within the northeast US for sustainable materials management through the recovery of discarded materials on a B2B level. Responsible for securing additional business relationships to provide recoverable materials to our three US plant locations - Albany, Rochester, & Buffalo NY as well as new business for our baled cardboard service behind retail stores throughout nine states in the northeast.

Developed and founded a specialized recycling and waste collection company (EnviroWaste Services LLC) as well as a sister company (EnviroSolutionsLLC) specializing in environmental management and brokerage services. Our focus was on "recycling more and wasting less" as our philosophy to provide sustainable environmental initiatives. Specialty services included residential and commercial recycling and waste collection services, tire recycling, marina and nursery plastic film recovery, wood recovery, as well as sales, marketing, and distribution of environmental products produced from the specialty recycling of materials.

Started as the Business Development Manager to grow the business through new sales activities.Within the first year I was appointed General Manager for the US division (at that time Rochester and Buffalo NY only). During my second year, the activity of new business that was added and new municipal contracts within Rochester NY quickly allowed me to further grow into a VP and GM role of responsibility and accountability for over leadership, management of administration/finance, operations including transportation/logistics, as well as business development. My leadership style developed by successfully surrounding myself with very competent and quality individuals as I built a strong management team that we collaboratively grew the US division and added a new facility in Albany NY. This strong management team that I developed is what allowed me the ability to pursue my entrepreneurial vision at my own companies while Metro continued to move forward.
