Whilst at Perenco, I was approached by Qmuli for a role similar to one I successfully performed at Archant. This role was to copy chase and ensured digital files met press technical specifications for national newspaper and magazine titles. I also provided client support across various applications and websites. Qmuli hired me to manage an anticipated influx of work from Reach plc, but this work did not materialise, leading to role becoming redundant.

As Rentals Coordinator for cargo carrying units, I played a vital role in the Warehouse and Supply Chain Management team. My primary responsibilities included tracking the shipping containers across the business, meticulously entering data from discharge sheets, load lists, delivery notes, and external reports into spreadsheets. I also conducted thorough invoice checks, promptly reporting any discrepancies. I performed weekly yard checks, documented the findings in spreadsheets, and communicated them to the management team and the suppliers, addressing related queries. I periodically liaised with offshore teams to monitor long-term rental units and provided necessary reports. Retrieved a wide range of damaged vehicles from customers and delivered them to the repair centre. Provided courtesy vehicles to customers and explained terms and conditions of use. Inspected courtesy car for pre-existing damages and documented them. Accurately and comprehensively filled out rental agreements and damage reports. Maintained records of all transactions and submitted reports to management team. Communicated effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless and efficient service.

Designed and created adverts for publications such as the Advertiser series, Great Yarmouth Mercury, and Cambridge Times newspapers. Checked ad specifications to ensure they meet client requirements and comply with industry standards.

Oversaw daily operations of largest sea fishing tackle mail order business in UK. Awarded Tackle Dealer of the Year and Highly Commended Tackle Dealer of the Year for three consecutive years by Sea Angler magazine readers.
