Standard sized Work cell layout were installed already upgraded for future larger machinery for minimized cost and shorter downtime when upgrading. Inspected selected sites, utilities, noted problem and advantages of each site. Gave options if this was a workable location, Gave 3 Different layout prints and carried out meeting of the selected plants to owners & Manager's to work on the pluses and minuses of each layout to brainstorm to a final layout.Produced prints of plants overhead view with the placement of all equipment existing and planning for future growth. Set up prints for contractors and company crews to work & quote from. Brought paperwork and layouts for permitting process, Worked with City and State on getting permits. oked.Worked with contractors to minimize cost using inhouse Employees. Contractors agreed the construction & or any changes needed to pass code.Supervised and worked with contractors and inhouse crews on total rebuilds of used equipment.Made up print and schematics for rebuild using latest NEC codes.Came up with new time saving process modification to machinery.Designed Custom machine part to help process operations.Worked on setting up Visual Factory P.M. and worklogs used it to correct reactive maintenance.We were Bought out by Techmer P.M. and I became Maintenance Mgr/supervisor/engineer
