I oversee all Outreach events and community relations with many non-profits and other organizations that Element Church partners with annually. I lead all Outreaches through Element Church. This is comprised of leading hundreds of volunteers at our events. Initiated and led the I HEART Cheyenne Initiative for seven years. Launched and operate the I HEART WY Initiative -www.iheartwyoming.com- in the amazing State of Wyoming. Oversee and manage the Food Pantry and PlayCity (Free Indoor Playground) www.playcity.fun through Element Church. Lead all external mission trips around the world. We are partnered right now with a Christian organization (City of Refuge) that owns a no alcohol, drug free pub in Cochabamba, Bolivia and take a trip every other year down to help with this ministry. Manage a relationship with Compassion International and oversee Compassion Sunday every year at the church. Manage the "Care" ministry for Element Church. Maintain a budget of 10% of the annual tithes and offerings ($174,900 in 2019) that is then given back to the local community through outreach events. Lead a small group comprised of approximately 40+ men. Maintain a relationship with the Laramie County Chamber of Commerce. Element Church was nominated and won "non-profit of the year 2018". This was the first time a church had ever won this award in our county. Created and am currently the CEO of a non-profit called OneReach. OneReach is a homeless ministry that buses homeless people to the church on Sunday for service, feeds and serves them coffee and donuts weekly and then twice a month takes them downtown for a large group feeding, clothing give away and prayer time. OneReach also partners with the local homeless shelter and helps feed when they are in need. I meet with and council walk-ins and oversee this ministry and the schedule. I am part of the Lead Team at Element Church which is comprised of five individuals that make the decisions for the church.

Managed a four million dollar budget. Oversaw 171 facilities across the State of Wyoming in regards to energy consumption and usage. Studied and implemented new ways to conserve energy. Inspected roofs and retrofit the armories with new energy efficient roofing materials. Managed approximately 25+ facility managers and camp commanders in the State of Wyoming in regards to energy. Traveled weekly to inspect facilities and help design new retrofits to these facilities. Conducted LCCA's (Life Cycle Cost Analysis) on all types of energy savings opportunities. Attended many trainings and conferences all around the world in regards to Energy.

Served as an Officer and quickly moved up the ranks through the transportation department. Picked up and searched inmates all around the State of Wyoming at the local county jails after their sentencing. Learned PPCT (Pressure Point Contact Techniques), Defensive Tactics, trained and certified as an expert with firearms training. Certified to carry Capstun, asp, firearm, taser, and REACT belt. Helped conduct searches for escaped inmates when escapes happened. Transported inmates to doctors appointments, court appointments, and hospital stays. Oversaw and managed many officers as I moved up the ranks in the "B" Unit of the Wyoming State Penitentiary. Loved this job and only left to go back to school and pursue my Bachelors Degree.
