New Business start up from plot of land to completed showroom. Recruited a team of sales staff to sell kitchens in the showroom and in defined sales areas in the Devon area.

A brand new branch was opened and my role was to approach builders and carpenters in the South Hams area to get them to open trade accounts and to trade with us.

Started in position and carried out 12 week training plan with city and guilds course undertaken. Approaching customers and generating business through designing kitchens and bedrooms using the consultative sales process.

Full branch management, profit and loss, health and safety, staff recruitment, sales, layout and presentation of branch.

Run the sales floor of a busy new supermarket, from presentation to replenishment at the end of each day's trading. Also running the ongoing staff training programme.
