I am a senior manager with drive and determination and a proven track record of results delivery. I am a leader and motivator of teams and individuals and have strong coaching and mentoring skills.I have over 30 years experience in retail financial services and 15 years experience in the public sector.I have led major change programmes and am qualified in Health and Safety Management, Environmental Management and LEAN Six SIGMA.My main areas of delivery are1) ESG - I have led the development and delivery of the CSR and ESG strategy at NS&I for over 10 years now. My mantra has always been about ensuring the focus is on being a Socially Responsible Corporate citizen. Setting the strategy, ensuring appropriate processes and controls are in place and delivering the sustainability goals in reducing carbon emissions. Five key pillars - responsible business, responsible management of the environment, responsible customer interactions, responsible employee engagement and responsibly supporting communities where we work. Included in this area is also the management systems and controls as well as the CSR Reporting under Greening Government.2) Workplace. - leading the delivery of PAS 30001 SMART Working at NS&I through resetting of the workplace, moving offices, post lockdown hybrid challenges.
