As a Board Director or CEO, Steve expands enterprise value by accelerating revenue and driving EBITDA. He currently serves as a Board Director, Compensation Committee Chair and on the Audit and Governance Committees for Wells Enterprises of LeMars, IA, a private $1.2B ice cream manufacturer. He is a Board Director for G&L Holdings, a private $1.1B holding Company of food ingredient companies Grain Craft and Southeastern Mills. Steve was also on the Board for Sweet Harvest Foods, a private honey and spreads manufacturer in Rosemount, MN until their sale to Natural American Foods.Dunphy has sold and marketed over 80 brands in 60 different categories in virtually every retail channel with premier CPG companies like Procter & Gamble, Pillsbury, Kellogg's and Land O'Lakes. This includes marketing high margin mega-brands, private label and commodities. He also has experience in the foodservice, food ingredient, non-food and pharmaceutical sectors. Steve has led several M & A and integration efforts, most recently acquiring the Kozy Shack company for Land O'Lakes. He has experience with a variety of compensation approaches, including public and private restricted shares and phantom options. He has served on Capital and Risk Management Committees and has utilized a variety of hedging approaches to mitigate volatile Dairy and Egg commodity market swings. He has extensive experience in the successful restructurings of Manufacturing, Product Supply, Sales and Marketing Departments.Dunphy has served as a Director on five different Boards, and is the ex-Chairman of a 100 year old non-profit, inner-city, community service Board.
