Managing a team of up to 15 Agents we diagnose and repair computers, tablets and mobile phones. We also check the functionality of return electronics to ensure they are ready to used. We work with service centers when needed to provide the best solutions for our customers needs. Being the leader of my team I am responsible for performance management including; setting expectations for and, following up with key performance indicators, protecting customer data, recognizing Agents for exceptional performance, following up with attendance expectations, hiring and training both consultation agents and repair technicians. This role keeps me educated on the latest technology and the issues people have while adapting to it. It's an exciting yet challenging environment where learning is key and teaching is a must! We need to know the answer's to provide a quality experience!

Helping design, layout, merchandise, hire, and train for a new store location we opened the store and I lead a team of up to forty employees to receive and sell freight recovery products that included grocery, furniture, hardware, tools, electronics, bedding and housewares. Setting the expectations for department managers I put in place and upheld the attendance and performance policies for the store.

In this role I managed a team of twenty associates using data from five or more applications that allowed me to complete a schedule, maintain inventory of Hardlines products, track performance, train new hires and follow up on action plans.
