In this role I am leading market development for the Biosensors stent portfolio. I will be responsible for developing creative approaches to address the market from the patient perspective, allowing Biosensors to expand our current commercial strategies to a broader target base.

Assigned to Interventional Cardiology portfolio (drug eluting stents, drug coated stents, dedicated bifurcation stents, drug coated balloons and closure devices) to generate and support delivery of key product messaging based on clinical data. Collaborated with product managers and sales teams to optimise representation.Key achievements:- Successfully reinforced brand messages through creation of promotional and educational materials.- Enhanced product acceptance globally through strategic management of KOLs, delivering presentations at congress, round table meetings, and scientific advisory board conferences.- Worked with author in creation and submission of congress abstracts and physician slide presentations delivered in symposiums.

I sold an Interventional Cardiology portfolio across South Wales and the South West of England and in my first year as Sales Manager I was Northwest Europe Sales Manager of the year. 140% of plan and 200% growth. Our BioFreedom DCS was launched in Jan 2014, by May I was responsible for 35% of the global sales.

My role was to develop services and pathways to improve the treatment of patients with long term neurological conditions and using good joint working practices, implement these projects. Unfortunately I was recruited into this role whilst UK Pharma was in the middle of a major restructure and upon completing my training course discovered that my new role was to be made redundant...Leading me to Biosensors

Working with the specialist centres in Sheffield (Royal Hallamshire Hospital) and Cambridge (Papworth Hospital) I was responsible for driving sales of Volibris in patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and identifying areas and projects where I could help improve service provision and education
