In addition to my current duties as County Manager for the Inland Empire, my primary duties are advising the CEO and recruiting quality personnel for Southern California counties. In regards to the Inland Empire branch, I am both the County and Sales Manager. I was hired to resurrect an ailing branch by recruiting revenue producing sales people and quality title people. Profitability was achieved in October 2008 and two escrow branches were added in 2009. The branch posted a profit in 2009.

I was recruited to open the first Southern California branch operation for the Alliance/Investors Group. Acting in the capacity of County Manager and Sales Manager, the Company opened its doors on June 15, 2003 and made its first profit in September, 2003. From the years 2004 - 2006 the branch averaged a net profit of $1.1 million dollars. For the year 2007 our branch lost a very small net loss, but was closed in March 2008 because of company cash flow problems.
