My primary focuses in this position is to successfully and efficiently transition the company from a small to a medium-sized business and create an infrastructure and capability suitable for large volume PCB supply and pre-production technical support to both customer and chosen supply chain vendor. This role draws extensively upon my previous Cam.

My day-to-day managerial role involved the implementation of new working practices to ensure that productivity and quality benchmarks were achieved,as well as presenting regular reports on all aspects of engineering performance. I would however continue to analyse and prepare tooling packages for manufacture on a daily basis.

Working as a CAM engineer to take supplied customer design data and analyse this against specific DFM values to ensure that all tooling generated for production were within manufacturing and approval guidelines.
