Prepare and file Federal, State and Local Tax forms for individuals and small businesses 4 months a year, working for David Merrill, franchise owner of Liberty Tax Service of Carlisle.

Troubleshooting and repairing consumer and commercial electronic devices, calibrating all measurement devices used by all personnel in all departments both at the headquarters location and at all satellite shops once a year to assure accuracy and compliance with required standards, communicating with both internal and external customers to insure coordination of activities, assisting the managers and lead technicians of all departments with unusual diagnostic problems involving equipment problems, repairing, building and upgrading computer systems both in-house and for consumers, closing down facilities at the end of the day when last to leave, researching hard-to-find substitute parts, researching parts costs to determine best value, doing field work when required due to personnel staffing issues, and designing and implementing custom solutions for internal and external customer's unusual requests.
