Leading on the planning and delivery of nature recovery on a 200+ acre estate on the western side of Dartmoor, using rewilding and regenerative agriculture principles.

Manage team of three rangers that look after six local nature reserves, three community nature reserves, Cranbrook Country Park and the Axe Estuary Wetlands. Site manager for the Axe Estuary Wetlands. Responsible for EDDC's approach to the management of our stunning countryside, project fundraising, and working with partners such as Environment Agency, Natural England, Forestry Commission, RSPB, Devon Wildlife Trust and local community groups.

Responsible for EDDC's approach to Nature Conservation throughout the East Devon district. Line management of Education Ranger and Nature Conservation Ranger.
