I grew up on a small farm in Northeast Iowa near Lawler, Iowa. I was active in agriculture from a young age helping my parents on the farm. I attended Iowa State University where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy and a Master's Degree in Crop Physiology. In June of 2016 I transitioned to a District Sales Manager position for Monsanto supporting the DeKalb and Asgrow brands. My responsibilities included training and coaching sellers within a two county area, meeting sales targets for designated territory, and effectively managing supply and market funding for the territory. Formerly a Technical Agronomist within Monsanto working for DeKalb/Asgrow Brands in Northeast Iowa. I provided Agronomy Technical knowledge and product training to the Northeast Iowa Sales team. I also assist with supply forecasting, creating technical publications, and conducting field service calls. I enjoy working for Monsanto because of their leadership in the biotech industry. I enjoy seeing and working with the exciting new technologies in the seed industry.I am a Certified Crop Advisor in the state of Iowa. I always enjoy learning more about agriculture and expanding my knowledge to all crops and areas of the country.
