As one of the first employees at this startup, I played a variety of key roles as the company evolved its offering, entered new markets, and grew from fewer than ten people and six-figure revenue to nearly 200 employees and over $100 million in revenue. My work spanned product management, client services, sales, analytics, marketing, and strategy.

Worked in account planning for a variety of clients, helping this digital agency gain a voice in clients' brand and communications strategy.

As an Account Planner, my role was to identify consumer insights and leverage those insights to direct brand strategy and campaign messaging. In my work for a variety of clients in different industries, I managed quantitative and qualitative consumer research, produced creative briefs and collaborated with creative teams and clients on concept development, and supported new business efforts.

Helped open the Mexico City office, leading account management, participating in sales, and training local staff.

Co-created and led a new business function, marketing optimization, at this early-stage online advertising agency. Developed new methods for using advertising performance data to test and optimize campaigns, sold the optimization service to clients, and hired, trained, and managed staff.
