Managed and oversaw all aspects of Treasury funding including Global Debt Issuance, long term and short term, including Commercial Paper, Bank CD's, Retail Notes, Structured Notes, Medium Term Notes and Global Bonds. Responsibility covered all aspects of issuance from Initial Decision Making with senior management, coordination with Syndicate, hedging with Derivatives desk, booking through Treasury Workstation, Documentation with Legal settlement with Operations/Cash Management. Other primary responsibility was management and execution of investment of $40B+ liquidity pool using all money market instruments including money market funds (taxable and tax-exempt), repo, commercial paper, bank deposits/cd's, TOB's and VRDN's.
