As the Director of Human Resources, Facilities & Operations and Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Westminster Schools Of Augusta, I leverage my diverse background and skills to foster a positive and productive work environment, develop and retain talent, and enhance team performance. I have over ten years of experience in human resources management, multi-unit operations, succession planning, facilitation, and skill development, as well as a passion for sports and education.Previously, I worked as a Human Capital Management Consultant at ADP, where I helped clients optimize their human resources processes, policies, and systems. I also have a strong academic foundation, with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama, a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Georgia Southern University, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from The University of Georgia. I am also certified in Accident, Sickness and Life by Independant. My goal is to continue to grow as a leader and a coach, and to make a positive impact on the lives of the people I work with.
