Throughout my career I have performed, produced and composed in all styles. Although primarily a 'rock'​ guymy alter-ego name is 'S'ethrington'​ which is a 'dancy'​ alternative to my better known works of Rock,Metal,Pop & Classical music. My dance creations include 'everybody dance now'​ which I renamed 'Give me the music'​ (slipped my disco remix) which was favourably reviewed by Mix magazine. Once again this was more '70's 54 club funk'​I have been working on a project featuring 'Neville Staples'​ (The Specials) which has new versions of classic 'Ska'​ songs with various guest vocalists on some tracks.I played keys for a charity record of 'Germ free adolescent'​ with Glenn Matlock (Sex pistols).I have Co-written and produced songs for diverse artists such as: The Cheeky Girls, Chico, PJ Proby, The Rubettes,Sailor,The Sweet. My digital studio accommodates live bands & we get a 'killer'​ drum sound. Other recent recording projects include 'Emotions'​ an album with 60s legend Julie Rogers. A 'classical'​ album with Gordon Giltrap. Also creating new recordings for Hot Chocolate, song writer Barry Mason and Punk idol Plastic Bertrand. Show less

If we mixed the musical DNA of Rick Wakeman,Brian May and Mark King together in a test tube then out might hatch me.My keyboard playing and setup is 'Wakeman' esq,my guitar playing is harmonised 'May' esq & my Bass style is inspired by Mr King.These 'Gods' made me want to play.My stamp is merging 'feel' with musical theory, to know 'why' is the key! I have co-written numerous songs with My wife Aly and other collaborators for The Pop Charts, Rock 'epics' , Commercials,Jingles and as a 'contrast' Childrens Televison programmes such as: Postman Pat,Noddy, Bill & Ben, Fireman Sam, The Mr Men, Rupert Bear & Jim Jam and Sunny. Our music is regularly played by ITV and BBC channels.Our music publishing company is called 'Pink Inc'.
