Working on unwarranted health variation among the central midlands populations.Current Projects include building data packs on Cardio-Vascular Disease for STP & CCG's .Completed Projects include Practice level packs for Midlands & East, Whole System Wide Opportunity Areas for M&E and creating Tableau dashboards to allow customers to view activity on LoS and Tariff within their own areas by Primary Diagnosis and Procedures.

This project was so hard but so much fun to do. Essentially get 10 years of information from various sources and build an excel data warehouse that structures all the data from seed to packet and define the Total Cost of ownership of each variety of potato from each supplier in each month. Import and blend all the excel sheets into Tableau for the visualisations, sensitivity and what if analysis. This provided the directors and contract negotiators the information they needed to create a massive productivity opportunity. A great outcome and a great team effort.

Planning Service Tasks for all equipment on site, establishing criticality and engaging with operations to achieve 100% compliance for legal works and >95% for PM. Reliability analysis including MTBF, high cost / high use items. Looking after contractors and writing permits. Auditing other sites against best practice and the PepsiCo model for engineering excellence and crating KPI dashboards and tracking models.
