Monitoring movement of product, handover and creating security protocols.Management, transportation and quality control of tensa barriers to high profile events or launches.Recruitment and training of control room staff.Implementation and continuing updating of Timegate monitoring and billing/pay role software.Recruitment of Retail security officers.Daily use of IT skills such as word, excel etc.I have a current SIA Door Supervision License.

I managed up to 18 males living in six properties on bail or home detention curfews to support them and ensure they adhered to conditions of residence, assist with move on housing, benefits system, re-connect family ties and liaise with various drug, alcohol or mental health support networks.

I assisted in the implementation of Timegate, a software package to monitor guard book on and offs and trained staff in use of system. I had daily contact with guards, managers and senior loss prevention officers from the client.
