Indirectly responsible for 7 more. Build custom ESXi hosts as requested, apply patches and make configuration changes as needed by the individual programs. • Citrix VDI environment Administrator. Directly responsible for all Citrix host and guest infrastructure and assist network admin with the support of the NetScaler. • Configure and manage Dell/Wyse terminals for use with our VDI environment. Utilize Dell WMS for ThinOS administration. These terminals are configured for use over hardware VPN for WFH users. • Deploy Linux workstations and leverage AWX-RPM to customize deployments as needed. • Coordinates and completes endpoint hardware moves. • Manages Network layer 1/2 and network security (Cisco ISE) as required by access policies. • Deploy workstations to labs and offices as requested by new, onboarded users as well as for program-based use. • Handle service desk requests as they come into the queue. Fix what I can and escalate as needed. • Maintain asset inventory.
