I have a total of 40 years of experience in the Paper Industry. My experience has been in operational leadership/management of all paper mill manufacturing, maintenance, and quality areas. I have had 22+ years leading paper machine operations. My roles in this area have ranged widely from shift manager, machine superintendent, manufacturing manager, and operations manager. Included in these roles were leading several machine rebuilds and a new mill start-up. In each of these positions I demonstrated a track record of delivering significant improvement from a cost and organizational effectiveness perspective while developing others to lead in each organization.. The last 9 years have been focused on customer service, distribution, and logistics network operation, integration, and optimization. In these areas I have again led the realization of significant organizational improvement and significant improvement in cost effectiveness.I have led significant business process change initiatives at the enterprise level, with minimal impact to day to day business operations.My goal is to instruct and offer solutions to our company's customers that will result in the organization being able to develop leaders and operators to effectively operate their facilities.in a manner of continuous improvement.Specialties: I specialize in leadership development, organizational integration (business, manufacturing, supply chain), process optimization/troubleshooting, project management, and change management regarding process improvement/integration.
