As Senior Vice President at Newburger-Andes, Steve is responsible for the asset management and leasing of over 250 office, retail and industrial properties with a portfolio value of over $450 Million. He has direct oversight in the selection, due diligence, underwriting and syndication/capital raise of all real estate acquisitions and participates in all asset dispositions.With over 35 years of experience, Steve has been involved with over $3 billion of acquisitions/dispositions, lease negotiations, appraisals, financing and development. He is an investor in over 200 real estate assets which gives him a unique perspective allowing him to offer his clients and investment partners realistic and valuable advice.Steve also spends a significant amount of time working with corporate clients on a local and national basis. His focus on tenant representation includes assisting clients with lease negotiations, renewals, expansions and relocations.Prior to joining Newburger-Andes, Steve was Founder and Managing Partner of Pinnacle Real Estate Associates, a company that owned a portfolio of properties throughout the Southeast. Steve began his career as a real estate consultant with Laventhol & Horwath specializing in feasibility studies and appraisals for the real estate industry. He moved into tenant/landlord representation with Richard Bowers & Co. where his responsibilities involved the sales and leasing of office, warehouse, investment and retail properties.He is a graduate of Cornell University and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), REGA (Real Estate Group Atlanta), North Point Community Church, The Buckhead Club, The Real Professionals Network and The Golf Club of Georgia. He lives in Milton with his wife and daughter and sits on the Leadership Committee at Kings Ridge Christian School.
