About Steve Faust

In my various role I’ve been accountable for providing leadership to the payments product management and development team. Further, I’ve provided guidance to sales leaders in support of clients in a number of segments including Retail, Commercial and Corporate segments. I’ve been accountable for developing an industry leading strategy for a number of payment types (ACSS, LVTS/Lynx and RTR) . Finally, I’ve been accountable for the overall profitability (P/L) for the underlying treasury products with these portfolios. This was accomplished through the development of new products to enable customers from across Canada to streamline and effectively manage their payables, receivables and cash flow. I have also been accountable for overseeing technology development and maintenance of products, processes and policies for existing and new product capabilities.My career spans over 22 years primarily in the treasury management and technology sectors. I have held roles in a variety of areas including product management, product development, account management and customer service. During my 15 years at BMO and Bank of America, I have developed in-depth knowledge and experience in managing cash management products and services used across North America. As well as managing teams of various sizes.I hold an Honours Degree from Brock University, a Masters Certificate in Project Management from York University’s Schulich School of Business, Prosci certified change manager and various design thinking certifications.
