With over 25 years of Executive & Leadership experience I have led teams in Professional Practice Businesses, Customer Contact Centres, Retail, Business, Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Commissioned Sales Teams, and alternative delivery channels across Western Canada, blending practical street smarts with business & technical expertise (MBA, BComm), and Accreditation. I was honoured to receive the 2015 Global Customer Service Leader of the Year Award, in Las Vegas, from ICMI (International Customer Management Institute). Community is important to me as I currently serve in a variety of Board and Volunteer roles, allowing application of my leadership practice in non-profit and volunteer environments. Diversity in life is important so I balance my work and community investment with a love of outdoor activities, spending time with family & friends, reading, and world travel.

I had strategic and development responsibility for our Customer Care People "eco-systems" and call centre value propositions.Over the last 5 years leading this team we improved employee engagement from 57 to 84%. Retention improved from 46 to 92%. Absenteeism reduced by 9 days per team member per year. JD Power customer scores moved to top list at 822. 163% productivity increase with 2.1 million interactions a yr. These results areas placed us in the top 10% of all call centres globally. Implementing my vision of “one and done” customer solutions, we created a platform and capability to enable customers to do anything they could do in a branch, but in the convenience of their home, office, or travelling.
