MAJOR TRANSACTIONS:• Represented AIMCO, one of the nation’s largest multifamily REITs, in several property and portfolio acquisitions, financings, and dispositions.• Negotiated programmatic joint ventures on behalf of real estate private equity funds with operators around the US to acquire various distressed assets, including hotels, multifamily, and bulk SFR assets.• Vail Solaris Residences: a $220 million equity and debt deal for the development of the Solaris Residences, a luxury condominium and retail complex in Vail, Colorado, on behalf of Och-Ziff Capital. • Bally's Hotel and Casino: a $300 million equity and debt deal for the construction of a hotel and gaming complex in Atlantic City. Partners included Goldman’s Whitehall Fund.• Northstar Realty: Represented this REIT in the acquisition and financing of industrial properties in the eastern United States, including ground leases with local airport authorities.
