We have offices in Wauchope and Sydney and specialise in supporting the delivery of energy, road, rail and port projects, anywhere in NSW. We also provide site environmental personnel and monitoring services (air, water, noise & vibration) to premises and projects.

Steve was appointed by the NSW Department of Planning & Environment to be the Independent Environmental Representative role for the construction of the Project. This role is one of the primary independent environmental & compliance assurance roles on major infrastructure projects in NSW. As accredited environmental auditors and specialists with significant construction site experience we at WolfPeak are able to provide practical and solutions focussed advice that targets the real issues.

Independent Environmental Expert on the Local Planning Panels for Wollongong City Council and Lane Cove Council. In this role Steve provides expert environmental advice on complex and contentious development proposals (including industrial, residential, commercial and tourism related applications) referred to the Panels for their assessment and determination under Part 4 of the NSW Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979.

Environment Manager for the construction of the North West Metro - Skytrain Project. Prepared CEMP and obtained Department of Planning and Environment's approval of CEMP in record time to commence construction. Also obtained EPA license for construction and managed remediation of significant asbestos contamination during construction. Developed compliance tracking and reporting process for numerous project approval and EPA license conditions. Prepared Consistency Assessments for ancillary facilities and design changes associated with the Project.

NSW Ports (and previously Sydney Ports Corporations) Environmental Manager for the construction and operation of the Enfield Intermodal Logistics Centre. Responsible for liaison with government agencies and preparation of site contamination management plans for the operation of the Centre.

Developed Geodynamics' Environmental Management System and helped achieved its certification to ISO14001. Prepared Enviromental Impact Reports and Statements of Environmental Objectives for Geodynamics' geothermal exploration and development activities in the Cooper Basin, SA. Undertook environmental auditing and inspections and prepared Activity Notifications for SA operations.

NSW Government appointed Independent Environmental Representative for the construction of the Project. Undertook regular site environmental inspections and audits during the construction phase.

Environmental project management, compliance and auditing, environmental assessments and approvals management and management of environmental impact assessments (Environmental Assessments & REFs). Liaison with environmental regulators including DPE, EPA and local councils during design and construction of the projects as well as with local communities and businesses.Delivery of numerous major rail infrastructure assessments including for numerous substations, power supply upgrades, overhead wiring and obtaining approvals and licenses. Compliance with a complex range of conditions of approvals and licenses on multiple projects as well as interaction with wider design and construction teams to solve complex environmental issues.
