Dealing with the complete life cycle of the project from initial scoping to the supporting of the solution.Multiple projects being dealt with at any one time. With this comes a mix of being on site with customers and working remotely.The role also involves liaising with the developers feedback improvements to the products as well as testing the new solutions being developed. I'm currently responsible for on boarding new starters into professional services which involves creating training plans and running the courses to ensure that they can be placed on chargeable work.Mentoring is a large part of the role ensuring that the consultants get the most out of the product set.
