I am an Authorised Financial Adviser (AFA).In my opinion the most important part of being an Insurance Adviser is assisting clients with claims. Anybody can write insurance policies but not all Insurance Advisers will be there to support you through the claims process when you need them the most. Claims about about getting the documentation completed in such a manner that the client has the best opportunity of getting a claim paid. Once the claim has been submitted, I negotiate with the Insurance Company to get the best possible result with the least amount of stress as possible for my clients.My clients are based all over New Zealand and overseas. I enjoy the travel and no one is more than a few hours away with modern technology and transport.I welcome referrals from colleagues and friends.

In 2002 the company changed its name to Financial Independence to better reflect the expanding services.  I joined the Company in 2003 and became an Owner in 2005. Today Financial Independence is one of the largest financial service providers in the Bay of Plenty with clients across New Zealand and overseas.
