Held a variety of key roles to help a major European Manufacturing undertake a major change programme in their Support Functions (Finance, Procurement, Plant Maintenance and HR)I initially joined the team whilst establishomg the business case and winning the bid for the programme work for Desiderata.I launched the HR and Procurement Streams initiating the Governance Structures and running the RFP processes for the tool selection in both streams, before leading the PMO Function for a 18 months.For the last 12 months I lead the Procurement stream through the first waves of Go Lives and Post Go Live Support before growing the design in readiness for future European Markets (in the Benelux, Spain, Germany, France and Eastern European countries) whilst establishing a new TOM, underpinned by a Shared Service model.Key technologies - SAP Hana, Coupa, Workday and Service Now.

Jan 2013 to Dec 2013Enterprise Workplace: Bringing a new way of working to AZ.My role was the Device Stream Lead - I delivered the new CYOD strategy as AZ moves to multiple platforms and vendors for its hardware and operating systems. I lead the RFP Process for new vendors, worked with the new contracts for OEMs and VARs and supported the deployment team with the global supply of new hardware.July 2011 to Dec 2012Pearl: Global Transactional Finance Transformation Project.My role was to be the IT lead for the project through its justify and initation phases, shaping, structuring, resourcing, architecting and planning 40+ projects across 6 main areas of GTF (R2R, T&E, P2P, Cash&Bank, Sales Orders to Cash and Compliance) covering multiple technologies: e.g. SAP, Ariba, INFOR XM and cloud based outsourced SaaS solutions.Feb 2010 to Jun 2011Source 2 Pay: Global Purchasing Transformation ProgrammeGiven my experience in Ariba, I was asked to lead the early stages (justify and initiate & plan phases) of the global transformation from an IT perspective. This implementation was a very complex hybrid architectural model with multiple partners (Ariba, Accenture & Infosys.) Key challenge for AZ was that part of the model was a SaaS solution - compromises needed to provide a standard solution globally for the 12 key markets.Mar 2009 to Apr 2010 Senior PM in the ERP Team / European Delivery CentreLead the Application Management Transition for the key commercial applications (CRM and Reporting) as AZ transitioned from multiple AM Teams and partners to Cognizant and Infosys as their application service partners. I was asked to step in as Lead in the “T&E War Room.” AZ’s system was failing badly and needed major work to improve the performance, stability and reach. Delivered application, infrastructure and monitoring improvements in a very short space of time. As well as a plan for the longer term system improvement.

Jan 2007 to Mar 2009Quattro: The implementation of a Global CRM Solution for the Commercial Function in AZ.My role was as the Release Manager for both the Base Application and the Analytics Tool. Implemented the governance processes to ensure quality control and release of this truly global solution. Delivery partners: Accenture. Techonology is Siebel/Oracle.Jan 2002 to Dec 2006Blaze: Global Purchasing TransformationFirstly, I was the IS Project Lead for the UK implementation of Ariba Buyer and Sourcing. This was followed with becoming the Global IS Project Lead for the Global Purchasing Analytics Tools.Oct 1997 to Dec 2001IS Consultant / Project ManagerDelivered a number of Lotus Domino Systems in the late 1990's for Sales & Marketing Finance Reporting, Product Complaints system, lead the Y2K portfolio for Domino Applications, implemented a transformation programme for Project Management and Application Management before being asked to take over a high profile project in mid-flow and delivered a global solution for Informatics Dept (technologies included: Documentum 4i and Autonomy Search within a Web portal)
