I have completed my HR Management degree and I am currently working within the people and Service Delivery department at Sheffield City Trust. I am specialising in apprenticeships, placements, education pathways and organisational culture.I developed my skills as a Service Delivery Manager with 20 years experience in Sport, Leisure and Event Management. Prior to working at Sheffield City Trust, I spent 10 years in University Sport as an Operations Manager, also taking the opportunity to coach University football at first team level.I offer a wide range of programs and services – from Feedback trend analysis and training to event and facility management.I specialised in helping Sheffield City Trust listen to their client and stakeholder needs, and the implementation of results-driven service improvement action plans After having had a successful career in, event management working with the Football Association, Lawn Tennis Association, and Tennis Europe, I now coach other people to achieve the same success.I'm no stranger to the ever-changing landscape of the health, fitness, and well-being market. I also spent five years as a Leisure Manager within the private sector at Bourne Leisure before working within the Sheffield City Trust.
