365 Office Service Delivery Manager•Technical Program Management Lead - Partnered and worked cross functionally with multiple teams to completely change the associate technology experience. Office Everywhere began with the establishment of security requirements and the elimination of risks associated with moving data to the cloud. My team then worked with Microsoft Equinix partners to connect Capital One’s network to the cloud. Once the infrastructure was in place, we launched a pilot project to determine how to best migrate associates to Office Everywhere. The project delivered more email capacity and retention, improved meeting and document collaboration tools, and upgraded Office tools. All tools are available as mobile solutions, providing associates with unprecedented flexibility. Evaluating new tools, determining how to pilot and operationalize a secure and innovative new technology while maximizing the leverage of a broader technology investment within Capital One.
